I can’t thank Neil enough for his exceptional service, going well beyond the call of duty. My car unexpectedly broke down right across from his dealership, which turned out to be a blessing. It had to be towed and was deemed irreparable. Being on holiday in Pembrokeshire, far from my home in North Yorkshire, I urgently needed a car for the rest of my journey and return trip.

Although Neil didn’t have the specific car I needed, he wisely suggested that I lower my budget and go for a temporary vehicle. Following his advice, I found a car in his lot that suits me perfectly for the next few months. Neil was genuinely concerned that I avoid spending my full budget in haste and was right to recommend a more cost-effective option that met my immediate needs.

The car I purchased is reliable, came with a full service history, and the dealership even provided a deep clean. During the service, they lent me a courtesy car at no extra charge, which they certainly didn’t have to do.

Neil was polite, kind, honest, and truly faultless throughout the entire process. I wholeheartedly recommend him if you’re looking for a trustworthy second-hand car dealer. This place is highly recommended. Thank you again for everything!
